Bright to Brilliant

Bespoke Creative Writing & English Tuition for Home Schooled Children

Build confidence from the inside out

I work with children who are home-educated for many different reasons - some are gifted, sensitive, or anxious; others simply thrive outside the pressures of frequent testing in a traditional classroom.

A Whole-Child Focus

Your child will gain more than just academic progress - they will develop more confidence, emotional resilience, and independence. Through tailored support, your child will build advanced reading and analytical skills, as well as progress in spelling, grammar, and self-expression. Most importantly, your child will rediscover motivation and a renewed love for reading and writing. Whether your child dreams of being a novelist or simply needs a safe space to express themselves, storytelling builds powerful communication skills that last a lifetime.

How We Work Together

Consultation Call

First, we will schedule a consultation call so I can listen to your family's unique situation, understand your lifestyle, and hear about your goals for your child.

Sample Lesson Experience

Your child will then enjoy a bespoke sample lesson, giving them a taste of what they can achieve with my tailored approach.

A Tailored Learning Plan

Based on our insights, you will receive a tailored learning plan that perfectly suits your child's learning style, academic interests, and specific needs.

Start Lessons and Support

Regular lessons start which aim to inspire and gently challenge your child. You can choose to have online lessons, face-to-face sessions at your South West London home, or a blend of both. We will have half-termly reviews to ensure everything is on track.
